Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for customer reception and guidance in the restaurant's front hall area, ensuring that guests receive immediate and friendly service after entering the store.
Execute the serving process, coordinate with the kitchen and service team, accurately and promptly deliver dishes to the designated table positions, and confirm whether customer needs have been met.
After the meal is over, quickly complete the table clearing, clean the table, change the cutlery and straighten the chairs, and maintain a clean and orderly front hall environment.
Proactively observe and respond to guests’ various temporary needs, such as adding water, providing tissues, assisting with order consultation, and handling simple complaints, etc., to enhance on-site service quality.
Support front desk basic affairs, including simple phone answering, reservation information verification, storage item registration, etc., and coordinate with Front Office & Guest Services overall operation.

Work requirements

Year-old, no need for relevant experience, students or those just entering the job market are welcome to apply; have basic Chinese communication skills, able to clearly express and understand customer intentions.
Have good service awareness and affinity, proactive attitude, and be patient and polite during high traffic periods.
Healthy body and quick movements, able to handle standing work (about 4-6 hours a day), moving trays and light tableware cleaning.
Flexible time, able to meet the shift schedule, including weekends, holidays and dinner time (such as 17:00–22:00) attendance.
Follow restaurant service standards and sanitation guidelines, value teamwork, and be willing to undergo on-the-job training and continuously improve your service skills.
