Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily security patrols, entry and exit control, and order maintenance in residential and public areas of Yui Ching Bay
Monitor Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems, respond immediately to abnormal situations and report and handle them according to the procedure
Register visitor information, verify identity and issue temporary access passes to ensure safe and orderly community entry and exit
Cooperate with the management office to conduct fire drills, safety inspections, and regular equipment testing
Maintain a clean and professional work environment, and actively provide polite and friendly customer service

Work requirements

Have at least one year of local property or residential area security work experience
Preference will be given to those with basic first aid knowledge; those with recognized first aid certificates (such as HA CPR+AED certificate) or private car driver's license will be given priority
High sense of responsibility, honesty and reliability, self-discipline, able to independently perform duties and cooperate with the team
Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to respond to guests and the public with politeness and patience
Good health and fitness, able to adapt to a 12-hour shift system (early shift 07:30–19:30/night shift 19:30–07:30) and outdoor patrol environment
