1. Legal document review and compliance management:
1. Draft, review, and translate various contracts, agreements, and legal documents for the company, participate in contract negotiations, and ensure that the content complies with the common law system and company policies;
2. Design and perfect contract templates and standard operating procedures to avoid legal risks;
3. Responsible for the company's legal compliance review in project execution, ensuring compliance with applicable local laws and regulations and industry standards.
II. Process compliance and approval compliance:
1. Establish and optimize internal company rules and procedures to ensure that all departments operate in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements;
2. Assist in handling legal issues involved in the approval process, and provide legal advice to management;
3. Ensure company operations comply with relevant policies and regulatory requirements, and avoid any violations.
III. Risk prevention and management:
1. Identify, assess and manage legal and compliance risks, and develop risk prevention plans;
2. Provide advice to management on potential legal risks and submit regular analysis reports;
3. Provide emergency plans for major risk events and coordinate their handling.
Four . Compliance training and policy implementation:
1. Regularly hold legal and compliance training for company employees to enhance compliance awareness;
2. Draft and update internal compliance policies and guidelines, and promote their implementation;
3. Monitor policy implementation to ensure compliance requirements are effectively implemented.
Five. Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by senior leaders
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in law, and those who have obtained a legal practice qualification in a common law system country or region (such as Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, etc.) are preferred;
2. At least 8 years of legal or compliance management work experience; familiar with laws and regulations under the common law system, especially those related to process compliance and document review, those with process optimization, risk management and compliance management experience are preferred;
3. Excellent file review ability, able to quickly identify legal risks; have good legal risk assessment ability; have the ability to solve complex legal issues, logical thinking clear;
4. Have good written and oral expression skills in Chinese and English, fluent in Mandarin is preferred;
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work closely with various parties within and outside the company; strong sense of work responsibility, able to withstand high-pressure work.
