Job Description

Job Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years of customer service/customer care/customer success experience, with retail experience being given priority.

Language requirements: Must be able to communicate fluently in Cantonese. Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin Chinese, basic English skills, Educational qualifications: University degree, Good customer communication and problem-solving skills, Familiar with WhatsApp, Instagram, facebook

Tool operation Salary: 4.2k to 4.5k Shift: 12 noon to 9 pm, 9 hours a day
