Part-time companion for medical check-ups

Job Responsibilities:

l Responsible for transporting patients between hospitals/clinics, and assisting with registration, waiting and medication pick-up.

Entry Requirements:

l Hold a certificate from the Employee Retraining Board (ERB) for "Companion Certificate" or "Personal Care Assistant".

l Priority will be given to those with one or more years of accompanying experience.

l Understand safe operation of wheelchairs and basic techniques for holding, supporting, and transporting.

l Familiar with the hospital's follow-up process, able to handle general registration, medication pick-up, and report inquiries.

l Have good Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills, be able to maintain clear communication with the elderly, families and medical staff; those who are serious, punctual, loving and responsible are preferred.

Salary and benefits:

l $50 per hour (depending on relevant work experience and nursing/health care qualifications).

l Provide onboarding training and on-the-job support, helping you understand the escort process and safety guidelines.

Working hours:

l Flexible working hours, mainly from 7 am to 7 pm, depending on the daily need for accompanying patients.
