Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain member relationships, manage large customers, coordinate activities, and expand customer value-added services

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining and deepening existing member relationships, through regular communication, needs analysis and personalized services to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.

  • Responsible for the full life cycle management of large customers, including customer file establishment, asset dynamic tracking, risk assessment, and customization of service solution design.

  • Coordinate and coordinate various member activities (such as sports viewing groups, theme lectures, social gatherings, etc.), ensure smooth event flow, high-quality experience, and achieve customer interaction goals.

  • Complete customer service records, activity effectiveness reports, and business data analysis on time to support team strategy optimization and performance review.


Requirements:

  • Fluent Cantonese, with excellent oral expression and listening skills, able to handle communication needs from clients of different backgrounds in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Highly passionate about customer service and relationship management, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, able to handle multiple tasks independently and maintain stable service quality.

  • Have basic data organization and word processing skills, and be familiar with using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) for daily operations and customer data management.

  • Accept flexible work hours, be able to support activities at non-standard working hours (such as weekends or race days) according to their needs, and have good time management and adaptability skills.
