Job Title: General Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for the company's overall operational strategy planning and execution, coordinate and promote business sustained growth and market competitiveness;

• Establish and optimize internal management systems and processes, covering human resources, financial compliance, risk control and customer service, etc.;

• Develop and lead high-potential management teams, promote talent development and organizational culture construction, and enhance team cohesion and execution efficiency.

Requirements:

• Have 3 to 5 years of relevant industry comprehensive management or high-level operational management experience, those who have built a team from scratch or led cross-departmental projects are especially preferred;

• Have excellent strategic thinking, decision-making and crisis management skills, and be able to quickly clarify priorities and push them forward in a dynamic market environment;

• Familiar with Hong Kong local business regulations, labor laws and basic financial knowledge, with basic contract review and risk assessment abilities;
