Executive Assistant

<p>Job Requirements:</p><ul><li><p>Degree holder or above in Finance, Business Administration</p></li><li><p>2-3 years of relevant experience in secretarial support to management</p></li><li><p>Presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills</p></li><li><p>Well organized, efficient, details orientated and able to work independently</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills, good planning and organizing skills with ability to cope with changes</p></li><li><p>With accounting experience is an advantage</p></li><li><p>Strong PC skills in MS office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing</p></li><li><p>Familiar with AI tools</p></li><li><p>Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese</p></li><li><p>Immediate available is highly preferred</p></li></ul><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Assist and provide administrative support to CEO and the team in coordination and organization of company matters, follow up on action items</p></li><li><p>Organize and manage daily schedule, appointments and travel arrangements</p></li><li><p>Prepare information, documents, presentations, events and company activities</p></li><li><p>Draft reports, research, email correspondence with external parties, process and system filing of documents</p></li><li><p>Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned</p></li></ul><p>Salary :$20,000-$30,000</p><p>Tsim Sha Tsui</p><p>Monday to Friday (5 Days Work)</p><p>09:00am-18:00pm</p>
