Human resources and administrative manager

Job Responsibilities

2. Serve as a bridge between Hong Kong stores and headquarters departments, and assist in completing work items for headquarters departments in the Hong Kong area;

3. Provide human resources advice to senior management and strive to improve the company's Hong Kong regional comprehensive management level and control human resources costs;

4. Establish and perfect various company rules and regulations;

5. Responsible for company Hong Kong area corporate culture construction, employee holiday activities organization, planning and arrangement;

6. Carry out budget preparation work organization and implementation, etc.;

7. Responsible for coordinating and maintaining relationships with various stores;

9. Other work items assigned by the superior leader.

Job Requirements

1. Have human resources management knowledge and skills, have restaurant chain personnel work experience, those who own restaurant industry personnel resources are preferred;

2. Familiar with Hong Kong local labor policies and laws;

3. Have excellent interpersonal and team cooperation skills, communication and coordination abilities;

4. Have organizational and time management skills, analysis and problem-solving abilities;

5. English can be used as a working language;

6. Familiar with office software operations;
