Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive (Sales Execution Specialist)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales coordination and customer relationship management of jewelry manufacturing and export business, covering the whole process of new customer development, existing customer maintenance and order follow-up

• Plan and execute market promotion activities, including publicity content creation, marketing program design and implementation, to enhance brand influence and customer experience

• Analyze market dynamics and customer feedback, integrate business insights, identify potential growth opportunities, and provide empirical recommendations for marketing strategy optimization and product line expansion

• Collaborate with internal and external teams (such as design, production, logistics) to ensure sales targets are met, and promote cross-departmental project efficiency

• Regularly organize sales data and market information, compile business reports, and support management decisions

Requirements:

• Have a high diploma, associate degree or above; majoring in marketing, business management, language or related fields is preferred

• 1 to 3 years of full-time experience in jewelry manufacturing, export trade or luxury goods industry sales/marketing

• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (writing and speaking fluently), those with multilingual abilities are especially good

• Outgoing and positive personality, quick thinking, and mature stability, attention to details and good communication and coordination skills

• Familiar with the local and international markets in Hong Kong, with basic business analysis and proposal skills

• Able to work full-time at the Hong Kong office from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm

• Monthly salary range: HK$18,000 – HK$20,000 (salary negotiable)
