General Manager - Manufacturing, Overseas based

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in comprehensive coordination across all functions including QC, warehouse, customs, HR, production, and order follow-up. Experience in manufacturing is highly preferred; garment or footwear industry experience is also acceptable.

• Lead and manage the entire factory operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability

• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and resource utilization

• Quality Control: Establish and maintain a robust quality management system to ensure products meet international and customer standards

• Warehouse & Logistics: Oversee inventory management, storage, and inbound/outbound logistics to ensure smooth material and product flow

• Ensure all import/export activities comply with local regulations and customs requirements

• Manage end-to-end production processes, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency

• Coordinate closely with sales and customers to track orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely shipment

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 8 years of manufacturing management experience

• Hands-on experience coordinating QC, warehouse, customs, production, and order follow-up functions

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing processes, quality systems, and supply chain management

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-cultural teams

• Willing to be based in Southeast Asia long-term
