Job Responsibilities
Provide professional foreign domestic helper matching services, assist customers in finding the most suitable foreign domestic helper
Proactively follow up on potential customers（Company provides customer sources, no need for Cold Call）
Interview, screening and evaluation of foreign domestic helpers, ensure the most suitable candidate is recommended
Provide post-purchase follow-up services, ensure customer satisfaction, and increase referral rates
Provide professional employment information to customers，explain labor laws and contract terms
Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships
Challenge performance targets and earn high commission and incentives
Experienced individuals can apply for "Customer Service Manager", while those with little or no experience can apply for "Assistant Customer Service Representative".Salary and benefits
