1. Job Responsibilities
I. Administrative category:
1. Supervise and organize the updating of procurement department customer information archive
2. Review all purchase-related documents
3. Supervise the implementation of employee information confidentiality regulations
II. Business category:
1. Responsible for the overall work of the procurement department
2. Understand the domestic/international market situation, communicate and negotiate with customers, and sign contracts according to the company's standards
3. Monitor inventory levels and control inventory risk
4. Review and guide the raw material purchase negotiation plan, and confirm the deal
5. Responsible for coordinating problems after contract signing in the execution process, and negotiating at key nodes
6. Review and guide raw material purchase plans (weekly/monthly/yearly)
Three. External relations:
1. Visit or invite customers to visit for development, maintenance and negotiation
2. Participate in petrochemical trade industry forums/conferences
Position requirements
A. Basic requirements:

II. Education Background:
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. Foreign language, supply chain and trade, chemical engineering, economics and other related fields
Three. Work experience:
1. More than 5 years of relevant work experience
2. Understand the relevant procurement process, those with domestic or international oil product procurement work experience are preferred.
IV. Skills and Techniques:
1. Have some large-scale petrochemical project procurement management experience, understand the raw material procurement process of large-scale petrochemical enterprises
