Desktop Publishing Operator (Full Time/ Part Time)

• Chinese and English typesetting, document formatting and create graphics and charts
  Chinese and English file layout, file format conversion, and creation of graphic patterns and charts

• Able to complete assignments in an accurate and timely manner
  Able to complete work accurately and quickly

• Conversion of various file format

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for desktop publishing (DTP) operations of Chinese and English documents, including typesetting design, proofreading, page layout adjustment, and final output preparation

• Convert various file formats (such as Word, Excel, PDF, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) according to the requirements, ensuring cross-platform compatibility and visual consistency

• Collaborate with editing, design and marketing teams to complete publishing projects on time and deliver high-quality printed or digital versions of the finished product

Work requirements

• Have a high diploma or associate degree

• One year of desktop publishing or file creation related work experience, familiar with Hong Kong publishing standards and bilingual typesetting habits

• Able to accurately understand the content of Chinese and English dual-language manuscripts and perform professional typesetting
