Duties include:
Assist the transaction committee, participate in asset allocation scheme discussion and formulation, provide professional strategy advice based on market conditions
Accurately execute trading instructions, follow the rules to complete multi-variety trading operations, and ensure efficient and smooth trading process
Real-time monitoring of transaction account funds and position changes, timely feedback of abnormalities, and ensuring account security
Track international financial market dynamics and trading indicators, process and analyze market data, and provide data support for decision-making
Identify transaction risks, develop and implement mitigation plans, and reduce transaction risks
Utilize AI tools to assist marketing support, complete tasks such as material sorting, customer needs analysis, etc.
Write trading logs, market analysis, and risk assessment reports, and do data statistics and archiving
Collaborate with the team to optimize the quantitative trading system and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
Educational background
Master's degree or above, Hong Kong's top 6 universities/China's top 985 universities, finance/computer/mathematics related majors
Work experience
2 years or more of secondary market trading experience, familiar with at least two types of trading products such as gold, stocks, and digital currencies
Core competencies
- Profound understanding of quantitative trading and international financial market rules
- Strong mathematical logic, good at data statistics, analysis and mining
- Proficient in Python/Java/R, any 1-2 programming languages
- Have AI trading/risk control tool usage or development ability, with potential for autonomous development
- Strong emergency response ability, can quickly respond to transaction emergencies
