Product Department Supervisor/Deputy Supervisor

Duties (all-you-can-eat hot pot) include:

1. Supervise kitchen daily operations to ensure quality, efficiency and hygiene standards are met.

3. Train kitchen staff to ensure food safety and operational standards.

4. Collaborate with the dining room team to optimize the serving process and time management.

5. Ensure the store meets 5S management requirements.

Qualifications:

2. Familiar with food processing, preservation and kitchen equipment operation.

3. Have good leadership, organizational and stress management skills.

4. Have basic document processing skills.

5. Holding a valid health manager/supervisor certificate is preferred.
