Position: Pilates course sales consultant
Main work responsibilities:
- Professional consultation and sales: Actively understand customer needs, provide professional advice, introduce and sell Pilates courses, and achieve personal and store sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain customer files, regularly follow up on customer status, provide thoughtful post-purchase services, and establish long-term stable customer relationships.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- Have secondary five education or above.
- Passionate about the fitness/pilates industry, with at least 1 year of relevant sales or customer service experience (only retail experience but with enthusiasm is also acceptable, the company will provide training).
- Active and positive personality, strong affinity, excellent communication and expression skills.
- Enjoy team work, strong learning ability, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Benefits: Base salary + performance commission + achievement bonus (commission)

Working location: Tsim Sha Tsui/Causeway Bay
Working hours and holidays:
- Daily 9 hours work including 1 hour meal time
- Monthly 6th holiday + Labor Day - Shifts and breaks
