Event Helpers (Part-time/Casual – Hong Kong)

We are recruiting event helpers to support our clients’various events, ranging from corporate conferences, professional workshops and team-building activities to large-scale exhibitions and exclusive private functions. Backed by a leading HR solutions provider, we are dedicated to delivering seamless and exceptional event experiences for our partners. We are now looking for energetic and responsible students to join our dynamic team, where you can gain hands-on event planning and coordination experience while developing practical skills.

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival

• Manage event operations including registration, check-in, and crowd flow

• Assist participants with directions, seating, queries, and event activities

• Support set-up, tear-down, and on-site coordination (e.g., signage, materials distribution)

• Ensure smooth event flow and excellent guest experience

• Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed (e.g., ushering, basic troubleshooting)

• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met as scheduled

• Collect post-event participant feedback to evaluate event success, and help maintain organized records of event documents and correspondence

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• Current students only: Enrolled in Higher Diploma, Associate Degree, or Year 1–3 Undergraduate programmes

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong customer-centric attitude

• Fluent in Cantonese; English and Mandarin proficiency is a plus

• Flexible to work evenings or weekends according to event schedules

• Previous event planning or coordination experience is preferred but not mandatory
