Senior AI Algorithm Specialist/AI Senior Researcher

<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>• Proficient in machine learning (deep learning), with innovative research capabilities.</p><p>• Excellent programming skills, proficient in at least two programming languages, skilled in PyTorch/TensorFlow.</p><p>• Participate in computer vision algorithm R&D, such as image processing, object detection, image segmentation.</p><p>• Conduct data analysis insights, requirement modeling, framework design, model iteration, and technology accumulation based on understanding of data and products.</p><p>• Solve optimization issues of machine learning, deep learning, and large model algorithms in practical scenarios.</p><p>• Research future-oriented data application architectures and key applications in corresponding fields, extracting valuable information from massive data.</p><p>• Research the latest technological advancements in the AI field, and timely follow up, implement, and improve new algorithm capabilities.</p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>• Master's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields from a reputable university in Hong Kong or overseas.</p><p>• Proficient in the principles, advantages, disadvantages, and application scenarios of various machine learning (deep learning) models.</p><p>• Priority for those who have published algorithm-related academic papers in CCF-A/B class journals or conferences, and have experience leading commercial application cases.</p><p>• Proficient in industry data analysis system architecture design, application development, and other mainstream analysis software tools.</p><p>• Excellent programming skills, proficient in Python, C++, and related machine learning libraries.</p><p>• Outstanding performance in competitions like Kaggle or open-source datasets, with influence in communities like GitHub, GitLab is preferred.</p><p>• Good communication skills and teamwork ability, daring to break through and innovate, passionate about solving challenging problems.</p>
