Digital Workspace Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead digital workplace initiatives (M365, VC/PABX, WeCom, WPS) from initiation to go-live, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.

• Infrastructure & Platform Governance: Administer enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365 (Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID) and manage the integration of China-native tools (SSO and data sync).

• User Experience & Change Management: Proactively identify user pain points, provide 2nd-line technical support, and lead structured training sessions to drive platform adoption.

• Site Enablement: Act as the IT workstream lead for office renovations and relocations, coordinating with vendors for infrastructure readiness and cutover.

• Process Standardization: Establish and document IT SOPs (onboarding/offboarding, PMO governance) to ensure audit readiness and operational consistency.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Workspace or End-User Computing (EUC) project delivery.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 , AV/VC systems, and network fundamentals (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN).

• Regional Expertise: High familiarity with Mainland China collaboration solutions (WeCom, WPS) is strongly preferred.

• Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site projects independently with high attention to detail.

• Communication: Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
