Part time IT Support Technician (Printer Installation)

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with printer installation procedures, including:

- Install printers/copiers for customers (including unpacking, wire connection, driver installation, basic settings);

- Set up USB / LAN / Wi-Fi / mobile phone printing;

- Test basic printing functions such as black and white/color printing, scanning, double-sided printing, etc.;

- Provide simple usage instructions to customers (such as cardstock handling, consumable replacement);

- Fill out a work report after completion and submit it to the company

Requirements:

- Secondary 6 education or above;

- Fluent Cantonese is preferred; good Mandarin and English; able to read and write Chinese and English;

- Familiar with computer systems (Windows / MacOS)

- Have basic computer and network knowledge

- Understand how to install printer drivers and Wi-Fi/LAN settings

- Able to handle installation and troubleshooting independently

- Polite, punctual, with good communication skills

- Priority will be given to those with IT technical support or printer installation experience

Salary and benefits:

- Salary: $100.00 per hour or more

- No fixed working hours, you can choose your working hours according to your needs

- Provide on-the-job training to develop communication and problem-solving skills

- Work location: All over Hong Kong, need to go to the customer's location to provide services
