Job Responsibilities

• Assist with cash register operations, familiar with electronic payment systems, accurately process cash and electronic payments, daily reconcile accounts and submit business reports.

• Execute the sorting and packaging of sugar water materials, weigh the ingredients according to the standard formula, keep the refrigerator and dry goods area clean and orderly, and regularly check the expiration dates of food ingredients.

• Responsible for hand-rolling, cooking and cooling of soup balls (such as sesame soup balls and ginger soup balls), strictly controlling the heat and time to maintain the texture and shape.

• Completely responsible for work area cleaning, including countertops, ovens, refrigerators, mixers, containers and utensils, and completing cleaning tasks on time, including floors, drainage channels and back alley loading areas.

Work requirements

• Have basic cooking concepts and food safety knowledge, be able to understand and comply with the Hong Kong Food Safety Ordinance and the related guidance of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department.

• Fluent in Cantonese communication, able to communicate with customers or colleagues in Mandarin; no academic qualifications and experience restrictions, welcome newcomers to apply, but must pass the pre-employment practical evaluation.

• Responsibility and hygiene awareness, proactive in discovering and reporting equipment malfunctions, food odors or cleaning corners, and assisting in maintaining food safety management records.
