Senior E&M Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical (E&M) systems for commercial and residential building projects in Kowloon.

• Prepare technical specifications, drawings, calculations, and tender documents in compliance with Hong Kong statutory requirements and industry standards.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and government authorities to ensure timely project delivery and regulatory approvals.

• Conduct site inspections, system testing, and performance evaluations to verify compliance with safety, energy efficiency, and operational standards.

• Mentor junior engineers and support project handover processes including O&M manuals, training, and warranty management.
