Job Responsibilities

Responsible for promoting and selling the company's products or services, developing potential customers through telephone, online face-to-face or physical contact, and building long-term trust relationships.
Provide professional consultation and solutions based on customer needs, help customers understand product value, and enhance their purchase intention and satisfaction.
Execute daily sales tasks, including customer data archiving, needs analysis, quotation explanation, contract negotiation, and follow-up order processing, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Regularly summarize sales progress and market feedback, and participate in sales strategy discussions and optimization suggestions with the team to achieve the department's sales targets together.

Work requirements

Outgoing and positive, strong stress resistance, willing to take the initiative, and cheerful in interacting with others. Hold a positive attitude and growth mindset towards sales work.
Strong sense of responsibility, serious and solid work, able to complete assigned tasks on time, and with basic time management and self-motivation.
No need for relevant work experience, fresh graduates or career changers are welcome to join; the company provides complete onboarding training and one-on-one coaching.
Have basic computer operations skills (such as Word, Excel, Email and video conferencing tools), and be able to use a CRM system to record customer information and sales processes.
