Medical beauty front desk

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving visitors and general administrative work

• Assist in answering the phone and providing simple answers to inquiries

• Familiarity with computer operations and word processing software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and clinic systems (Clinic Solution)

Entry Requirements:

• High School Entrance Examination / Diploma Test or above

• One year of medical aesthetics front desk experience is preferred

• Able to speak fluent Mandarin and Cantonese, good English

• Active and proactive, mature and detail-oriented, responsible

• Able to handle multiple tasks independently, with good time management skills
