General Manager

Under large European ground company , they are creative & education toys distribution in Tsim Sha Tsui,

Main Responsibilities

Lead branch staff and daily operations

Maintain efficient, structured work environment

Ensure all communications in English

Manage local bank relations, accounts, cash flow

Coordinate financial reporting with HQ

Supervise, motivate, and support recruitment/onboarding

Ensure compliance with company policies & labor laws

Select/manage suppliers and external services

Negotiate contracts, monitor quality, costs, timelines

Liaise on accounting, tax, compliance

Provide audit support and ensure legal compliance

Requirements

• 5+ years director/management experience (international/branch operations)
• Strong knowledge of branch administration & operations
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Leadership, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work in multicultural/international settings
