Job Responsibilities

• Host the handover meeting and accurately complete the on-duty financial settlement and cash verification work

• Supervise and guide front-line service staff to implement standardized floor service procedures

• Plan and implement on-the-job training and skills evaluation for new employees

• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to enhance overall customer dining experience

Work requirements

• Have at least two years of dining industry floor management experience and the ability to handle shift changes independently

• Familiar with restaurant point-of-sale system operations and shift financial settlement procedures

• Have good leadership skills, able to effectively lead the team to achieve service goals

• Have employee training experience, able to develop simple and practical training materials and follow-up mechanisms

• React quickly and calmly, and be able to maintain efficient and orderly on-site management during peak hours
