R&D Assistant

<p>Job Description:</p><p>Under the guidance of the company’s overall strategy, assist the CTO and R&D Center Director in formulating and implementing the R&D strategy, strategic objectives, and annual R&D plans to ensure stable and sustainable research operations. Optimize the organizational structure of the R&D Center, establish and streamline the R&D system, and supervise and coordinate departments to maintain efficient R&D operations, achieving management and development goals.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>1. R&D Strategy Development: Assist the CTO and R&D Center Director in formulating and implementing the overall R&D strategy, objectives, and annual research plans; break down and execute the company’s research strategy; develop and oversee phased R&D plans based on the strategy.</p><p>2. Unified and Efficient R&D Systems: Support the establishment and improvement of the company’s R&D system and organizational structure; monitor the operation of the R&D system.</p><p>3. R&D Plan Management: Assist in formulating and achieving monthly and annual R&D plans, ensuring timely completion of research objectives; oversee and supervise R&D operations to enhance service quality and efficiency.</p><p>4. R&D Project Management: Stay informed about government policies on R&D funding, and organize company resources to apply for various support grants.</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with study experience in Hong Kong preferred.</p><p>2. Proficiency in English as a working language; knowledge of Cantonese preferred.</p><p>3. Understanding of financial knowledge or government affairs processes.</p><p>4. Strong communication skills, with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and coordination abilities.</p><p></p>
