Short-term internship program

Job Responsibilities

Participate in a three-day intensive internship training, covering basic business processes, team collaboration practices, and workplace basic etiquette.
Under the guidance of instructors, complete designated simulation tasks or actual support work, including data sorting, slide preparation, meeting minutes and cross-departmental communication and coordination, etc. basic functions.
Accept stage-by-stage learning feedback and practical performance evaluation, and participate in a comprehensive graduation exam on the last day of the internship.

Work requirements

Currently enrolled in a college or university, regardless of major, students with a high interest in workplace practicality are welcome to apply.
Have basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, be able to clearly express opinions and understand work instructions; have basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Flexible time and can fully participate in the three-day continuous internship arrangement, with no uncoordinated academic or travel conflicts.
Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to accept immediate feedback and quickly adjust execution methods.
No need for relevant internship experience, but you need to have basic workplace values such as honesty, trust, respect for others, and following rules.

Benefits

Completion of a three-day internship and passing the final evaluation will result in the issuance of a formal internship certificate, listing the internship period, content, and evaluation results.
