Part-time floor staff

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for welcoming and receiving guests, actively greeting customers and guiding them to their seats, and creating a friendly and cheerful dining atmosphere.

• Handle table-side checkout, cashiering, and invoice issuance, strictly following cash and electronic payment operation guidelines.

• During business hours, independently rotate between different positions on the floor, have the ability to respond to emergencies, and be able to handle customers’ temporary needs or simple complaints.

• Keep the dining area clean and orderly, including table cleaning, utensil replenishment, ground inspection, and garbage scheduled for removal.

Work requirements

• Aged 16 or above, no need for relevant experience, students or those just entering the workforce are welcome to apply; basic communication skills and polite attitude are required.

• Able to adapt to flexible working hours, including evening shifts on weekdays, weekends and holidays, with each shift lasting at least 4 hours.

• Have independent work ability, and be able to complete service processes and basic responses without immediate supervisor supervision.

• Quick response, patient and attentive, able to simultaneously attend to the needs of multiple customers and maintain service stability during busy periods.

• Pay attention to personal grooming and wear clean and appropriate clothing that meets the basic image requirements of restaurant service staff.
