Accounting Officer (Billing & AR) - MNC

Highlights:

· Perform daily accounting duties of billing

· Assist with month-end closing reports

Description:

· Perform daily accounting duties of billing, account receivables and journal preparation; prepare routine reports for the accounting and finance functions on a timely basis

· Assist with month-end closing reports and account breakdown

· Liaise with the overseas Finance Shared Services team

· Perform ad hoc duties and support other accounting functions as assigned

Requirements:

· Higher diploma or above in accounting or other related disciplines

· 2 Years of accounting experience

· Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Navision billing) is an advantage

· Knowledge of industry-specific billing practices (e.g., airfreight, logistics)

· Proficient in MS Office, with strong skills in Excel and Chinese word processing

· Good command of written and spoken Chinese (including Mandarin)

· Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated with a positive working attitude and willingness to learn

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

· Immediate availability is preferred
