Responsibilities

• Ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous services and establishing friendly rapport with residents/tenants

• Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided if required

• Attend regular meetings and prepare management/financial reports

• Monitor the performance of maintenance, security, cleaning teams

• Answer enquiries, handle complaints, provide information/activities and resolve problems arising from residents/tenants

• Prepare general daily reports and administrative duties
