<div>Job Title: Third Cook<br><br>Job Responsibilities: <br>1. Responsible for cooking various types of dishes, ensuring that the food's taste, color, and presentation meet the brand's standards. <br>2. Prepare ingredients and undergo preliminary processing and cutting to ensure freshness and hygiene. <br>3. Mix flour, make various noodles, cook noodles and prepare soup bases, providing high-quality dining experiences. <br>4. Assist in monitoring food inventory, participate in procurement planning, and ensure supply chain stability and cost control. <br>5. Complete kitchen work under the guidance of the head chef and second chef, and assist in managing a team of chefs below the fourth chef.<br><br>Requirements: <br>1. More than 3 years of relevant kitchen work experience, familiar with traditional Cantonese cuisine or other Chinese cuisine, those who are familiar with traditional Cantonese cuisine or other Chinese cuisine are preferred. <br>2. Proficient in Cantonese, able to communicate fluently, with basic text comprehension skills to handle orders and documents. <br>3. Have good time management skills, be able to adapt to a 10-hour work schedule and 6 days a week. <br>4. Good health, holding a valid health certificate, suitable for long standing and high intensity work environment. <br>5. Have a team spirit, be able to work efficiently under pressure, and at the same time have a certain leadership ability to supervise subordinate chefs. <br><br>Benefits: <br>1. Salary is HKD 20,912 per month, overtime is calculated separately, and additional compensation is paid according to actual work conditions. <br>2. Provide free work meals to ensure employees receive adequate nutritional support during work hours. <br>3. Provide accommodation, but deduct 10% of your monthly salary as accommodation fees.
