Job Description

• The company is a Hong Kong company and can provide the necessary assistance for visa renewal, but we hope that your joining is not just for visa renewal.

• To be closer to the upstream and downstream of the robot industry, the company's office is in Shenzhen. To ensure that candidates have sufficient rest after work, they will be required to live and work in Shenzhen.

Duties:

1. Recruitment of candidates with Hong Kong work visa

· Independently responsible for the full recruitment process of Hong Kong positions: from clarifying needs with business departments (which may be mainland or Hong Kong management) to posting positions, proactive search and interview arrangements, salary negotiations and offer issuance.

· In-depth understanding of the talent market dynamics, salary levels, and talent flow trends in Hong Kong's different industries (such as finance, technology, retail, professional services).

· Ensure all recruitment processes comply with Hong Kong local labor laws and employment practices.

2. Hong Kong local recruitment channel expansion and management

· Proficient and efficient use of mainstream recruitment channels in Hong Kong: Like LinkedIn, JobsDB, CTgoodjobs, Indeed, Classified Post.

· Establish a Hong Kong local talent network: Through industry activities, associations, alumni associations and personal recommendations, establish a direct talent channel.

· Management and optimization of recruitment suppliers: Establish and maintain cooperative relations with local headhunting companies and recruitment agencies in Hong Kong.

· Effective use of social media for recruitment: Use Facebook, Instagram, etc. to promote your employer brand and job opportunities.

3. Internal personnel management:

o Process employee onboarding, resignation, probation, position change, contract signing and renewal, etc.

o Maintain employee records and information management systems.

o Assist with basic employee relationship communication, cultural event organization.

o Answer employees’ basic inquiries about company rules, attendance, benefits, etc.

Requirements:

· Hard requirements:

o College degree or above.

o At least 2 years of full-time recruitment experience focused on the Hong Kong market

o Proficient in Cantonese, fluent in English and Mandarin(Written and oral).(This is the core requirement)

o Familiar with Hong Kong's Employment Ordinance, labor contracts, MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund), etc. basic employment practices.

o Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other local Hong Kong recruitment tools.

· Core competencies:

o Powerful local talent mapping and search capabilities: Know where to find Hong Kong talents in specific fields.

o Excellent cross-cultural communication skills: Able to accurately understand the needs of both teams and effectively interact with candidates from different backgrounds.

o Professional business negotiation skills: Familiar with Hong Kong's salary structure, and able to conduct professional salary negotiations.

o Highly self-motivated and results-oriented: Able to independently carry out work driven by goals, and responsible for recruitment results.
