Multimedia market planning and digital production assistant director (part-time/full-time)

Responsibilities:
(1) Administrative and clerical management of the management office
(2) Management Association conducts online or physical promotion and publicity of course activities and scheduling, manages the operation and writing of the Management Association website, edits social media post content, designs images and video production
(3)Assist the association in operating its electronic business platform (including Youtube video writing, shooting and production, operating shopify electronic business platform, using Whatsapp, Facebook and Instagram promotional functions)
(4)Assist the chairman or general secretary in planning the association's various activities and course arrangements
(5)Responsible for writing and editing social media content; photography and image processing, managing social page content

Function:
(1)Have a certificate or training in Microsoft Office software (word, Excel, powerpoint and publisher), and be able to master the production of various files, presentations, posters, promotional leaflets, etc.
(2) Able to use information technology and digital skills to manage information and promote courses and services using e-marketing strategies
(3) Able to understand and use Movavi video editing software to create and distribute short films

(4)Understand how to use AI to enhance work efficiency

Qualifications: Graduated from a college of applied science, with a relevant information technology or Digital and Muti Media Marketing and Production advanced diploma or associate degree or above, and with one year of relevant work experience

Term: One year (three-month trial period, salary adjustment or full-time consideration)

Working hours: 17-22 hours per week, three days work, with the possibility of working on Saturdays or Sundays if necessary.
