Job Responsibilities:<br>1. Responsible for teaching students Chinese character recognition, reading and writing skills, and helping students build a solid foundation in language and literature.<br>2. Guide students to learn English phonetics and string word courses, and enhance their English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities.<br>3. Design personalized teaching plans based on students’ learning progress and needs, and flexibly adjust them.<br>4. Regularly evaluate students’ learning outcomes, provide specific feedback and record learning progress.<br>5. Participate in the teaching and research activities arranged by the education center, and exchange and share teaching experiences with other teachers.<br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Have relevant educational background or teaching experience, familiar with Chinese and English language and literature courses for primary and secondary schools.<br>2. Love the education industry, have good affinity and patience, and be able to effectively guide students to learn.<br><br>4. Have good communication skills, be able to maintain good interaction with parents, and provide timely feedback on students’ learning situation.<br>5. Saturday and Sunday can be normal working days, and you can arrange your work according to the shift schedule.
