Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily bookkeeping, including income, expenses, accounts receivable and payable records and verification

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements to ensure accurate accounting and compliance with accounting standards

• Assist in completing bank reconciliation, invoice issuance, and related document sorting and archiving

• Execute other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the executive supervisor

Work requirements

• Have basic accounting knowledge, familiar with accounting procedures, those with accounting experience in small-scale companies are preferred

• Able to handle basic financial work independently, careful and steady, responsible and with good professional ethics

• Proficient in the use of computers and common office software such as Excel, Word and accounting software (such as Kingdee, Yonex, etc.)

• Able to read and write Chinese (Traditional) and English documents, with Mandarin communication skills

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, holding a valid Hong Kong identity card, and legally allowed to work long-term in the local area

Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from HKD 17,000 to 22,000, with experienced individuals' salaries negotiable

• Enjoy 13 months of salary, with year-end bonuses based on performance

• Weekly five-day work schedule, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, with a lunch break
