DCM execution

<p>Duties:</p> <p>1. Prepare startup materials, including release terms, schedules, key file lists, etc.;</p> <p>2. Coordinate with bond issuers and other professional teams (such as lawyers, auditors, credit rating agencies, trustees, etc.) to ensure that issuance documents are prepared in accordance with market conventions;</p> <p>3. Host/attend project kick-off meeting, weekly meeting, due diligence meeting, execution and market update meeting to ensure the project progresses smoothly;</p> <p>4. Assist the launch team in creating marketing materials and promotional handbooks;</p> <p>5. Prepare and promote internal project approval processes to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements;</p> <p>6. Support senior team members in participating in various special tasks and projects related to debt capital markets.</p> <p></p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>1. Finance, Economics, Law or related professional bachelor's degree or above (985/211 universities preferred);</p> <p>2. At least 3 years of debt capital market (DCM) or investment bank bond issuance-related work experience, familiar with the full issuance process of domestic and foreign bonds;</p> <p></p>
