Your Role

As a Marketing Officer, you will help craft and execute marketing strategies that build awareness, engage audiences, and drive growth for our training and consultancy services in Hong Kong. You’ll work closely with our business and regional teams, gaining hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels.

This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their marketing skills in a fast-paced, supportive, and internationally connected team.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events, etc.)

  • Help create compelling content for the Hong Kong market—including copywriting, visuals, and video concepts

  • Support the management of our social media channels and local online presence

  • Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform marketing strategies

  • Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders

  • Assist in organising and promoting workshops, webinars, and other engagement activities

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and audience insights

Who You Are

  • A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building

  • Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome)

  • Proactive, organised, and eager to learn in a startup-like environment

  • Must be a Hong Kong Permanent Resident or hold a valid work visa
