A. Job Responsibilities
(I) Business and personal affairs support
•Responsible for the whole travel process, including air tickets, hotels, car reservations and travel-related document preparation, if necessary, accompany the employer to travel to the mainland or overseas for business trips or business activities, and provide assistance throughout the process.
•Assist with daily administrative tasks, including email screening and response, phone answering and recording, file classification and organization, contract archiving, invoice collection and reimbursement processing, etc., to ensure that administrative work is standardized and efficient.
•Responsible for the daily maintenance, expiration reminders, and assistance with the renewal of employer personal and related company documents to ensure their legal validity and convenient use.
•Responsible for the children of the employer's school transportation, regular communication with school teachers and class teachers, timely follow-up on parents' meetings, campus activities, homework notices, etc., and fully cooperate with children's education related arrangements.
•Responsible for the daily management of household servants, including work scheduling, service standards and procedures, leave approval and temporary replacement arrangements, etc., supervise servant performance, and ensure household service quality.
•Supervise daily household chores, coordinate family inventory management and daily purchasing work, rationally plan purchasing categories and quantities, and ensure that family life runs smoothly.
II. Job Requirements
• Education and experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience as administrative secretary, personal assistant or family manager, those who have served as personal assistants to business owners are preferred.
•Language ability: Mandarin and Cantonese fluent, can communicate fluently; English can achieve daily communication, reading and writing, and can handle basic English emails and business communication matters.
•Professional skills: Proficient in various office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), familiar with Hong Kong business etiquette and social norms, and able to efficiently handle itinerary conflicts, travel arrangements, and administrative writing.
