Financial data processing:

-Input and organize accounting vouchers, invoices, receipts, etc.

-Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ledgers and trial balances.

-Check bank statements and internal company records.

Administrative support:

-Manage accounting records to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

-Handle internal departmental documents such as reimbursement forms, payment requests, etc.

-Schedule meetings, record meeting content and track follow-up items.

Contact and communication:

-Contact suppliers, customers or banks to handle payment, reconciliation, etc.

-Respond to internal and external inquiries related to finance.
