Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the cleaning and disinfection of kitchen utensils, tableware, and cooking utensils
Proper operation and maintenance of dishwashers to ensure normal equipment operation
Keep the dishwashing area and its surroundings clean, and regularly clean the drain and filter
Assist with other basic kitchen cleaning tasks, such as counter top wiping and garbage disposal

Work requirements

Have basic kitchen work experience, familiar with the process of cleaning utensils
Understand how to use a dishwasher correctly and how to maintain it
Value personal and environmental hygiene, and follow food safety guidelines
Able to adapt to high temperature and humid working environment, with physical load capacity
Work attitude is serious, sense of responsibility is strong, and can cooperate with team work
