Executive Assistant (Investment Banking Background)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic analysis and decision support:

• Responsible for in-depth research and analysis of macroeconomics, industry dynamics, competitors and potential investment targets, and writing high-quality decision-making reference reports.

• Assist the chairman in preparing board meetings, strategic seminars, etc. important meetings, responsible for the meticulous preparation of meeting materials, the clarification of key issues and the follow-up implementation of meeting resolutions.

• Participate in major project feasibility studies, due diligence, negotiations and post-investment management, providing professional financial and business analysis support.
  2. Core affairs management and coordination:

• Efficiently manage the chairman's schedule, travel, and important meeting arrangements to ensure optimal allocation of his time resources.

• As a key hub, accurately and efficiently coordinate the communication between the chairman and the internal and external (including board members, senior management team, business departments, important customers, partners, investment institutions and government media).

• Lead or assist in handling special tasks and cross-departmental key projects that the chairman is concerned about, and push for closed-loop management.
  3. Information and communication management:

• Responsible for drafting, writing and polishing the chairman's important documents, speeches, reports and letters to ensure professional and accurate content.

• Ensure the accurate transmission of the chairman's core instructions and strategic intentions, and track feedback.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above from well-known domestic and foreign universities, majoring in finance, economics, biopharmaceuticals, chemistry, medicine, and business administration.
2. More than 3 years of work experience in well-known investment banks, private equity funds or well-known pharmaceutical companies.
3. Outstanding research, data processing and logical reasoning abilities, able to independently complete complex business analysis.
4. Have excellent written and oral expression in Chinese and English, and be able to have a clear and persuasive conversation with high-level officials from all walks of life.
5. Can simultaneously handle multiple threads of tasks, ensuring quality and timeliness under high pressure.
