Analyst Programmer/ Programmer (MS Power Platform)

<p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>·Collaborate with business users to assess and document existing End-User Computing applications</p><p>·Develop and configure solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse,</p><p>·Build reusable components and templates to streamline migration efforts,</p><p>·Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and data integrity standards,</p><p>·Conduct testing including unit, functional, scenario, and regression tests,</p><p>·Provide user training and post-migration support,</p><p>·Develop new business applications using Power Platform based on user requirements.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>·Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, engineering or other disciplines,</p><p>·1-4 years IT working experience,</p><p>·Experience in migrating or modernizing legacy applications, especially EUC tools like Excel, Access, or SharePoint-based apps,</p><p>·Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform:</p><p>o Power Apps: Canvas and Model-driven app development</p><p>o Power Automate: Workflow automation and integration</p><p>o Power BI: Reporting and dashboard creation</p><p>o Dataverse: Data modeling and management</p><p>·Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint integration</p><p>·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and team-oriented mindset</p><p>·Knowledge of Power Fx and basic scripting (JavaScript or C#) is an advantage</p><p>·Proven ability on multi-tasking, decision making and exercise discretion</p><p>·Self-initiative, proactive, strong analytical with problem solving skill, and a good team player</p><p><br></p>
