Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for patient registration, medical record input and organization, ensuring accurate and complete medical records;
Follow the doctor's instructions for drug preparation, packaging and distribution, and verify the drug name, dosage and usage method, strictly adhering to the drug safety guidelines;
Assist the doctor in basic examinations (such as blood pressure measurement, body) during the consultation process, and maintain a smooth consultation flow;
Perform daily cleaning of the consultation room and medical equipment;
Assist with handling outpatient administrative affairs, such as appointment reminders, receipt and delivery of test reports

Work requirements

Have good communication skills and empathy, be patient with patients of different ages and their families, and maintain a professional service attitude;
Careful and cautious, strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently or in a team, adapting to the fast-paced and multi-tasking work style of the clinic;
