Technician (Central District)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling emergency situations and following up on the progress and reports of contractors.
• Monitor the construction safety and quality of the contractors, and carry out relevant acceptance work.
• Record equipment operating conditions and maintenance records according to standard operating procedures.
• Assist in completing other technical support tasks related to mechanical and electrical facilities.

Work requirements:

• Have at least one year of relevant work experience.
• Preference will be given to those with valid electrician's license (A/B license).
• Able to adapt to shift work arrangements (early shift, mid-shift, night shift), working 9 hours a day and 6 days a week.
• Have good communication skills and be able to collaborate with the team to complete tasks.

Benefits:

• Monthly salary is approximately $25,000-$28,000 (actual salary negotiable).
