Job Description

Personnel support: Assist with payroll and holiday record keeping, etc. HR work, assist with MPF contributions.
Accounting processing: Process daily vouchers (Vouchers) input, responsible for the verification and input of accounts receivable (AR) or accounts payable (AP).
Banking transactions: Assist with monthly bank reconciliation (Bank Reconciliation).
File Management: Responsible for the organization, binding and archiving management of financial vouchers, ledgers, statements and related contracts.
Report assistance: Assist accountants in preparing monthly and annual statements and assist in the preparation of related financial analysis statements.
Administrative support: Process general office administrative affairs and other temporary tasks assigned by the supervisor.
