Key Responsibilities:
Market Development:
· Actively identify and develop potential clients, expand business channels, and strengthen partnerships.
· Formulate and execute targeted marketing strategies to achieve specific business goals.
· Attend industry conferences and networking events to enhance company visibility and market share.
Client Relationship Management:
· Establish and maintain strong client relationships, understanding client needs and providing tailored consultancy solutions.
· Enhance after-sales service management and promote systematic client referral activities to boost customer satisfaction.
· Conduct regular client follow-ups to collect feedback for service quality improvement, ensuring client needs are met.
Team Management:
· Lead and train team members to enhance their professional skills and business performance.
· Set team goals, monitor business progress, and provide guidance and support to ensure objectives are met.
Business Strategy:
· Develop and implement regional business plans to ensure achievement of business targets.
· Analyze business data, assess performance, and propose improvement suggestions.
Reporting and Analysis:
· Regularly report market trends and business progress to senior management, providing recommendations for improvement.
· Prepare business reports, analyze results and market trends, and provide a basis for future strategies.
Travel:
· Travel regularly as needed for market research, client visits, and business promotion.
· Conduct competitor analysis to understand market dynamics and trends to adjust business strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
· Over 5 years of experience in marketing, insurance, or consultancy industries, with team management experience preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with clients and team members.
· Holding relevant insurance intermediary licenses in Hong Kong is a plus.
· Strong market insight, capable of analyzing market trends and client needs.
· Willingness to travel frequently, with good time management skills.
· Familiarity with the Greater China market and legal regulations; relevant industry networks are preferred.
· Strong data analysis skills, able to make data-driven decisions.
