Warehouse Supervisor

1. Oversee the overall daily operations of the food cold storage warehouse, ensuring smooth and accurate processes for receiving, inspection, warehousing, storage, order picking and dispatch

2. Supervise daily frozen/chilled goods inbound and outbound processes, including batch and quantity verification, ensuring product quality and freshness meet requirements

3. Properly arrange storage locations and temperature zones according to different fruit varieties and storage requirements

4. Strictly implement First-In-First-Out (FIFO) or First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) principles, monitor product shelf life and storage periods to minimize wastage and expired goods

5. Conduct regular cold storage inventory counts, ensure system records align with actual stock levels, follow up on discrepancies and submit reports

6. Monitor cold storage temperature and equipment operation status (e.g., freezers, temperature recording systems), arrange regular maintenance and emergency repair contacts to prevent cold chain disruption

7. Manage and lead warehouse staff/cold storage workers, organize shift schedules and manpower, provide on-the-job training, ensure compliance with dispatch guidelines

8. Maintain effective communication with procurement, sales, logistics and customer service departments, coordinate arrival and dispatch schedules to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules

9. Ensure warehouse and operational processes comply with relevant safety regulations and company internal quality management requirements

What we're looking for

1. Form 5 or above, with logistics, warehousing or food-related training/experience preferred

2. Minimum 3 years of warehousing/cold storage work experience, with at least 2 years of team leading or supervisory experience; experience in vegetable, fruit or food cold chain/cold storage management preferred

3. Basic computer operation and warehouse system experience, such as MS Excel and simple data entry; experience with WMS/ERP systems is an advantage

4. Strong communication and leadership skills, responsible, hardworking and able to adapt to cold storage environment and shift work, maintain accuracy and safe operations under pressure

5. Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin; ability to read product labels and documents in English preferred

6. Electric pallet truck operation experience is an advantage
