Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for finding student customers who are interested in staying in Hong Kong and providing suitable rental solutions
Utilize social platforms such as Xiaohongshu and WeChat for customer development and communication
Travel to meet customers face-to-face to understand their needs
Provide professional leasing consultation services and facilitate transactions
Continuously follow up with customers, build good relationships, and improve their repurchase rate and word of mouth
Assist mainland Chinese to come to Hong Kong
Requirements:
Have a sense of progress, be willing to actively develop customers, and have sales potential
Have basic communication and expression skills, and be able to clearly convey information
Accept white paper or newcomers to Hong Kong, with basic Mandarin communication skills
Have a work attitude, be willing to accept challenges, and adapt to the sales rhythm
